Print Production Coordinator – Print, POS & Packaging Materials (Remote – Full Time)
Join One of Australia's Leading Retail Marketing Agencies
For more than 25 years, Semcom has partnered with many of Australia's largest FMCG, Healthcare, Beauty, Pharmacy and Retail brands to deliver award-winning Point of Sale Displays, Packaging, Print, Promotional Products and Shopper Marketing solutions.
As we continue to grow, we are expanding our offshore operations team and are looking for an organised, proactive and detail-oriented Production Coordinator to join our Australian team on a full-time remote basis.
This is an exciting opportunity for someone with experience in print production, procurement, packaging, manufacturing or project coordination who is looking for a long-term career with an established Australian company.
About the Role
Working remotely from the Philippines, you will work closely with our Australian General Manager, Client Services Team, Production Managers and Designers to coordinate the production of retail marketing campaigns from quotation through to delivery.
You will communicate daily with suppliers across Australia and Asia, helping ensure projects are delivered on time, within budget and to the highest quality standards.
No two days are the same. One day you may be sourcing quotations for supermarket displays, while the next you could be coordinating packaging production, arranging freight, following up manufacturing schedules or preparing purchase orders.
This role is ideal for someone who enjoys organisation, problem solving and working with multiple suppliers and projects simultaneously.
