30-day paid trial period to start
Performance Bonus: Up to $300/year for strong, consistent performance (bonus can continue year after year based on results, reliability, and quality)

We’re growing and looking for a highly organized Content Project Manager who can help us keep production clean, on-brand, and on time.

???? About the Role
You’ll help manage our content production pipeline from raw footage to final delivery.
This is a detail-heavy operations role inside a creative business. You’ll work closely with the founder and editor(s) to make sure:
- footage and files are organized properly
- edits are reviewed for quality and accuracy
- videos follow brand guidelines
- revisions are tracked clearly
- content calendars are created and maintained
- deadlines are hit consistently
This role includes quality control on video edits, so you must be comfortable reviewing videos with an editor’s eye (not just admin/project tracking).
???? Responsibilities
Organize raw footage, client assets, and project files in Google Drive
Maintain clean folder structure and file naming systems for each client
Review edited videos for quality control before delivery:
- spelling/grammar errors
- caption/subtitle errors
- brand guideline alignment
- missing CTAs / missing assets
- obvious editing mistakes
- pacing / flow issues (basic review level)
- Coordinate revision notes with editor(s) clearly and efficiently
- Make sure videos follow each client’s brand guidelines (style, colors, tone, etc.)
- Help create and maintain content calendars for clients
- Track project deadlines and follow up proactively
- Update statuses and task boards in
- Communicate blockers early so projects stay on track
- Help ensure on-time delivery across multiple client accounts
? Must-Haves
- Strong organizational skills (you naturally create order)
- Experience with
- Strong experience organizing files in Google Drive
- Quality control experience for video content (must be able to review edits and catch mistakes before delivery)
- Some video editing experience is required (you do not need to be our main editor, but you must understand editing workflows and what a polished edit should look like)
- English must be excellent / highly proficient (written and spoken) — this is a must
- Excellent written communication (clear, concise, professional)
- Strong eye for detail (especially spelling, captions, consistency)
- Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines at once
- Reliable, proactive, and accountable
? Preferred (Strong Plus)
- Adobe Premiere Pro/Davinci Resolve experience (preferred)
- Experience working with video editors / creative teams
- Experience in a marketing agency, content agency, or production company
- Familiarity with short-form content (Instagram Reels, TikTok, YouTube Shorts)
- Experience managing content calendars
- Basic understanding of social media content strategy / brand guidelines
