Packaging Designer (Hemp Brand) Project based, Rapid Growth Potential

About Us

We’re building premium hemp-derived product brands that stand apart from everything else on the shelf. We create packaging inspired by luxury streetwear, nostalgic snacks, Japanese convenience stores, cereal brands, high fashion, and modern pop art.

Our goal is to become one of the most recognizable hemp brands in the industry through world-class packaging.

We’re looking for a long-term designer—not just someone who can make graphics.

What You’ll Be Creating

You’ll design:

* Mylar pouch packaging
* Pre-roll packaging
* Jar labels
* Box packaging
* Display boxes
* Stickers
* Retail inserts
* Trade show graphics
* Social media assets based on packaging

Examples of styles:

* Japanese convenience store snacks
* Premium Asian dessert packaging
* Luxury candy brands
* Gelato-inspired branding
* Modern pop-art
* Vintage Americana
* High-end cannabis packaging
* Streetwear-inspired graphics

Required Skills

Must be highly proficient in:

* Adobe Illustrator
* Adobe Photoshop
* Adobe InDesign (preferred)
* Adobe Acrobat

Bonus if experienced with:

* Cinema 4D
* Blender
* Adobe Dimension
* Figma

Deliverables Required

Every completed package must include:

Print Files

What We Expect

You should be able to:

* Take a strain name and build an original concept around it.
* Create premium typography.
* Source or create illustrations.
* Design from scratch rather than relying heavily on templates.
* Understand retail shelf appeal.
* Maintain consistent brand identity across multiple SKUs.

Ideal Candidate

You have experience designing:

* Cannabis packaging
* Hemp packaging
* Beverage packaging
* Snack food packaging
* Luxury consumer packaged goods (CPG)
* Japanese packaging aesthetics

Workflow

We’ll provide:

* Required legal copy
* Compliance information
* Inspiration references

You’ll provide:

* Initial concept
* Two revision rounds
* Final production package
* Organized source files
