JOB OVERVIEW

We are looking for a motivated and reliable Virtual Assistant Appointment Setter to join our growing team. This role is responsible for making outbound calls, speaking with potential clients, overcoming basic objections, and scheduling qualified appointments for our licensed agents.

Schedule

* Monday – Friday
* 12:00 PM – 8:00 PM Central Standard Time (CST)
* Occasional overtime or weekend hours may be available.

Compensation

* Starting Pay: $3.00 USD per hour
* Performance Bonus Incentives
* Opportunities for pay increases based on performance, consistency, and results.

Responsibilities

* Make outbound calls using provided leads.
* Schedule appointments for licensed insurance agents.
* Follow a proven phone script while building rapport with prospects.
* Handle common objections professionally.
* Accurately update notes and appointment statuses in our CRM.
* Send appointment confirmations when required.
* Meet daily activity and appointment-setting goals.
* Attend tea ---------- etings and coaching sessions.

Qualifications

* Previous experience with cold calling or appointment setting is strongly preferred.
* Experience in insurance, sales, or call center environments is a plus.
* Excellent spoken and written English.
* Confident and professional phone presence.
* Strong organizational and time-management skills.
* Comfortable using CRMs, Google Workspace, and communication tools.
* Self-motivated with a positive attitude.
* Able to work independently with minimal supervision.

Technical Requirements

* Reliable high-speed internet connection.
* Quiet, professional workspace free from background noise.
* Quality USB headset with microphone.
* Webcam for tea ---------- etings.
* Backup internet and power source preferred.
