About the Role
As Tekla Detailer, you'll produce detailed structural steel fabrication and shop drawings using Tekla Structures, working as an embedded member of the company's project delivery team from your home office in the Philippines.

You'll collaborate closely with Australian engineers and project managers through digital tools, contribute to BIM coordination, and play a direct role in keeping complex construction projects on schedule and on spec. This is a full-time, long-term remote engagement — not a freelance gig — built for a professional who takes their craft seriously.

Your Responsibilities
Develop and maintain detailed 3D structural models in Tekla Structures in line with project specifications and engineering drawings
Produce shop drawings, fabrication drawings, and erection drawings for structural steel components
Prepare and issue complete drawing packages including general arrangement, assembly, and connection details
Generate material takeoffs, bolt lists, and cut lists directly from the Tekla model
Perform clash detection and model coordination in collaboration with the BIM team
Review drawings for accuracy, completeness, and compliance before issue
Collaborate with onshore engineering and construction teams and respond promptly to RFIs from site and fabrication teams

What You'll Bring:
Minimum 3–5 years of experience as a Structural Draftsman using Tekla Structures
Demonstrated proficiency in 3D modelling and shop drawing production within Tekla Structures
Strong understanding of structural steel detailing, fabrication processes, and Australian standards
Excellent English communication skills — written and verbal — for effective collaboration with Australian teams
Strong attention to detail with the ability to manage multiple drawing packages concurrently
Reliable high-speed internet and a dedicated home office setup

Compensation & Benefits:
PHP 45,000 – 60,000 per month
