Start your application with RADAR and end it with COMPLETE. Applications that miss either instruction will not be reviewed.
We need a full-time Executive Assistant who follows small details, solves routine problems, and closes every assigned item without constant reminders.
You will work across hiring, support, research, documentation, and daily operations. Typical tasks include reviewing applicants, maintaining shortlists and trackers, scheduling interviews, following up, setting up approved work accounts, updating profile details, checking source links, drafting support replies from approved policies, and keeping every task in a clear done, blocked, or deferred state.
This role requires:
- Attention to detail: follow every SOP step, including small account-setup and profile instructions.
- Problem solving: read the SOP, check documented steps, and try reasonable solutions before asking a question.
- Useful communication: when blocked, explain the exact blocker, what you tried, and your recommended next step.
- Follow-through: do not silently drop work. Follow up until each assigned item is done, blocked, or explicitly deferred.
- Appropriate initiative: notice useful adjacent work or risks and propose them, but do not contact customers, candidates, or change live systems without approval.
- Capacity: be available for 40 hours per week and complete the agreed workload by the agreed deadline.
Required application steps:
1. Complete this short culture and job-fit interview:
2. Create one Google Doc and set access to anyone with the link can view.
3. In the document, include your culture-interview score and answer these questions in your own words: What are you really good at? What are you passionate about?
4. In the document, write this confirmation: I did not use AI to write or rewrite these answers.
5. Put the public Google Doc link in your application. Missing access, score, either answer, or the no-AI confirmation means the application will not qualify.
Also use these exact labels in your application:
- Detail example: one prior task where small instructions mattered and how you verified every step.
- Blocker example: one real blocker you solved before escalating, including what you tried.
- Follow-through example: one prior task that required repeated follow-up until completion.
- Initiative example: one useful risk or adjacent task you noticed and proposed without overstepping your access.
- Systems: work tools you have signed into, configured, documented, or maintained.
- Rate: your hourly rate.
- Availability: weekly hours and timezone.
Do not perform live work, contact anyone, or create a production deliverable for this application. The Google Doc is a short self-reflection, not a work assignment.
The final stage is a paid 3-day trial. Before it starts, we will state the exact tasks, output count, deadline, quality bar, communication cadence, and pass standard. The trial will test SOP accuracy, problem solving, useful questions, initiative, capacity, and complete follow-through. We proceed only when the result is a clear yes.
