About Us

The **R.E.A.L. Method** is a growing relationship education company based in California dedicated to helping individuals and couples build healthier relationships through practical, evidence-informed education.

Our growing ecosystem includes:

* The Oxytocin Rewire mobile application
* The R.E.A.L. Repair Podcast
* Books and workbooks
* Relationship intensives and retreats
* Online education
* A membership community
* YouTube and social media

We have a technical development team in place and are looking for an experienced Performance Marketing Specialist to help us grow our audience and reach more people who need our work.
You'll work directly with the business owner and collaborate with our technical developer while owning the paid marketing strategy.

This is a long-term opportunity for someone who enjoys building brands, solving marketing challenges, and creating measurable business growth.

---
Position Summary

We're looking for someone who enjoys solving marketing problems through testing, data analysis, and continuous optimization. If you enjoy figuring out why campaigns succeed or fail—and improving them—you'll likely enjoy this role.

Your first responsibility will be helping market a one-day relationship intensive in Northern California using a modest advertising budget supported by strong organic marketing efforts.

After the intensive, your focus will shift toward growing the Oxytocin Rewire mobile application, expanding our podcast audience, and increasing our online presence across Facebook and Instagram.

If we work well together, this position will continue to grow as additional products and educational programs are launched.

---
Responsibilities

* Plan, launch, and manage Meta advertising campaigns.
* Build and test highly targeted audiences.
* Optimize campaigns for conversions and return on advertising spend.
* Conduct A/B testing of audiences, ad copy, creatives, and budgets.
* Set up and manage retargeting campaigns.
* Ensure Meta Pixel and conversion tracking are functioning properly.
* Analyze campaign performance and recommend improvements.
* Review landing pages and suggest ways to improve conversion rates.
* Provide concise weekly reports with campaign performance and recommendations.
* Collaborate with our business owner and technical developer to improve marketing results.

---

This campaign will combine:

* Publicity and other low-cost marketing opportunities
This is a boutique, relationship-intensive program with limited seating. Success will be measured by qualified registrations, not simply traffic or clicks.

Our initial paid Meta advertising budget is approximately **$500**, and we are looking for someone who can maximize results through thoughtful strategy and efficient budget management.
---
Phase Two

Develop and optimize campaigns to increase downloads and subscriptions for the Oxytocin Rewire mobile application.
---

Phase Three

Increase listeners for the R.E.A.L. Repair Podcast while helping grow our Facebook and Instagram communities.

---

* Ability to work independently and proactively.

Preferred

Experience in marketing:

* Mobile applications
* Podcasts
* Educational businesses
* Workshops or events
* Coaching or consulting businesses

Experience with:

* GoHighLevel
* Google Analytics
* TikTok advertising

---
Success in This Role

Success will be measured by business outcomes, including:

* Intensive registrations
* Cost per lead
* Cost per registration
* Return on advertising spend
* Oxytocin Rewire downloads
* Podcast audience growth
* Quality of communication and reporting
Ability to explain campaign performance and marketing recommendations in clear, simple English.
Ability to continually improve campaign performance through testing and optimization.

---

Compensation

* Part-time (8–12 hours per week)
* Flexible schedule
* Remote position
* Long-term growth opportunity
* Opportunity for increased hours and compensation as our company expands

Please submit:

* Your resume.
* A brief summary of your Meta advertising experience.
* Examples of Meta advertising campaigns you have personally managed.
* Metrics from campaigns you managed (cost per lead, ROAS, app installs, event registrations, etc.).

Please answer the following questions:

1. If you were given a $500 Meta advertising budget to help fill a one-day relationship intensive in Northern California, how would you approach the campaign?
2. Describe a Meta advertising campaign you significantly improved. What changes did you make, and what were the measurable results?
3. Why are you interested in joining our company? ----------

---
We are looking for someone who wants to become an important part of a growing company. If you're looking for a long-term opportunity where your ideas matter and your success contributes directly to our growth, we'd love to meet you.
