EVERGREEN APPS is a UK-based performance marketing agency. We build and scale direct-response funnels for our clients, and we move fast — new offers, new angles, new creative, tested and live within days. We're looking for one highly capable digital marketing generalist to become the operational engine behind that speed.

This is not an entry-level VA role and it is not a specialist role. You will own the layer between strategy and execution: building and cloning landing pages, assembling funnels in GoHighLevel, producing and iterating creative variations, keeping our social channels running, and coordinating the media buyers who put spend behind it all. On a typical week you might clone and adapt a competitor-style landing page, rebuild it for a new offer, generate twenty creative variants with AI, brief the buying team on what's being tested, and report back on what won. You need to be comfortable being the person everything routes through.

WHAT YOU'LL ACTUALLY DO

Build, clone and adapt landing pages and full funnels. We do not use ClickFunnels or heavy page-builder platforms — we work with GoHighLevel plus straightforward hosting and hand-edited HTML/CSS. You should be able to take a page, clone it, restructure it for a new offer and other VA tasks for the management.

Produce and iterate ad creatives at volume — statics, simple video edits, hooks and angles. Run day-to-day social media across our channels and our clients'. Use AI as your primary working method: we build with Claude daily for copy, page code, creative variations and internal automation, and you'll be expected to work the same way rather than treating AI as an occasional shortcut.

Support and coordinate our media buying team: brief them, track campaign status, pull and organise reporting, chase what's blocked, flag what's underperforming. Handle general website updates and marketing admin as needed.

WHAT WE REQUIRE

Proven work experience in digital marketing or performance marketing — agency or in-house, with results you can point to. This is non-negotiable; applications without demonstrable experience will not be reviewed.

Hands-on GoHighLevel experience, or deep experience with a comparable CRM/funnel system and the confidence to be fully operational in GHL quickly. Comfort with basic hosting and domains — DNS records, subdomains, FTP or a simple deploy, SSL — and enough HTML/CSS to edit a page directly instead of waiting on someone else.

Enough understanding of paid media to hold a real conversation with a buyer about CPA, ROAS, creative fatigue and testing structure. Genuine fluency in written English. Organised enough to coordinate other people's work without being chased yourself.

HOURS

Your working day is 3:00 PM – 12:00 AM Manila time. This gives us full overlap with the UK/EU business day and covers the US East Coast morning. This schedule is fixed and is a core requirement of the role — please do not apply if it doesn't work for you long-term.
