JOB OVERVIEW

We're GoRecruit, hiring a long-term Microsoft 365 & Business Improvement Specialist for an established Australian company. Their systems are already built — we need someone sharp to run them, improve them, and help the whole team actually use them well.

Your responsibilities:
Maintain and enhance SharePoint Online, Microsoft Copilot and Power Automate.
Keep the environment updated and secure; implement improvements via proposal to management.
Provide IT support and train staff on using the system effectively.
Spot underutilisation, lift adoption and improve compliance and data quality.
Build QA processes and write clear SOPs; create business efficiencies.
Follow Microsoft & AI developments and advise the leadership team.

Must-have skills:
Microsoft 365 administration · SharePoint Online · Power Automate · Microsoft Copilot · Teams / Lists · strong written English.

Nice to have:
Experience supporting Australian/Western businesses · SOP & QA experience · Power BI · change/adoption experience.
