JOB OVERVIEW

Hi, I'm Hudson. I run an AI implementation company and document what I'm building on YouTube.

I'm looking for one long-form YouTube editor to join me full-time. This is a stable, ongoing role at US$800 per month, not a one-off project or a short-term freelance gig.

You'll edit founder-led YouTube videos about AI, business, software, and building companies. The goal is clean, engaging storytelling: strong pacing, good music and sound design, useful B-roll, tasteful motion graphics, and visual changes that keep attention without making every second feel over-edited.

You'll get organized footage, a clear script or filming outline, brand assets, and direct feedback. I care about quality, but I also care about making the working relationship simple. You'll know what you're editing, what good looks like, and when feedback is coming.

What I'm looking for:

- Strong long-form YouTube editing, especially talking-head, educational, documentary, business, or technology videos
- Good judgment around pacing, story, B-roll, music, sound design, captions, and motion graphics
- Reliable communication and honest updates if something is running late
- Comfortable receiving feedback and improving from one video to the next
- Available full-time for 40 hours per week
- Interested in staying for the long term
