About the Role

This is a part-time position (approximately 25 hours per week) with the opportunity to grow into a larger role as the business grows.

Your responsibilities may include:

? Editing YouTube videos

? Creating compelling thumbnails

? Uploading and scheduling videos

? Writing YouTube descriptions and timestamps

? Organizing Google Drive files

? Repurposing videos into Shorts and social media clips

? Helping manage the YouTube workflow

? Learning and improving our systems over time

You Might Be a Great Fit If You:

? Have experience with YouTube editing

? Understand viewer retention and pacing

? Can create clean, clickable thumbnails

? Speak and write English well

? Are comfortable using Zoom and sharing your screen

? Communicate clearly and honestly

? Meet deadlines consistently

? Take initiative instead of waiting to be told every step

? Want to grow with one creator rather than constantly jumping between clients

Bonus Points If You:

? Have built or managed your own YouTube channel

? Understand YouTube analytics

? Have experience with Canva or Photoshop

? Have experience creating Shorts or social media content

? Enjoy learning AI tools that improve productivity
