About Us

US-based real estate closing law firm handling residential and commercial closings.

The Heart of the Role: Lender Coordination

You will:

Serve as primary contact with lenders on active files

Provide county and city property tax figures for their disclosures and escrow setup

Balance and reconcile Closing Disclosures (CDs) against our figures — catch discrepancies before closing

Call sellers’ lenders and servicers to order and follow up on mortgage payoffs

Chase outstanding lender conditions and confirm final numbers before funding

The Schedule

Mon–Fri, 9:00 PM – 5:00 AM PHT (9:00 AM – 5:00 PM US Eastern). Shifts to 10:00 PM – 6:00 AM PHT from November to March.

This is a full-time night shift. We need reliable overlap with US Eastern business hours, so consistent availability is essential. Only apply if you can commit to this long-term.

Pay

$6–10 USD/hr by experience. Paid semi-monthly.

Independent contractor — not Philippine employment (no 13th month, SSS, PhilHealth, Pag-IBIG). You handle your own taxes. Please factor this in.

What We Need

2+ years working with US lenders / mortgage companies — loan processing, LO assistant, title/escrow/closing support with heavy lender contact, transaction coordination, or US mortgage BPO

Comfort reading and balancing Closing Disclosures

Fluent spoken and written English — you’ll email and call US lenders directly and unsupervised. Clear, confident phone communication is essential. Would also be great if spoke Chinese (mandarin) but not required.

Ability to manage 10+ open files without dropping follow-ups

Self-directed; long-term commitment to the night shift

We’ll train the title-specific work. We can’t train attention to detail, written English, and follow-through.
