JOB OVERVIEW

Now Hiring: Very Experienced Real Estate Data Manager / Software Developer
Full-time, remote | Starting at $8/hr, or higher based on experience and ability

Property Resolution Partners LLC acquires fractional heir ownership interests in real estate across North Carolina. This role owns the data and systems behind our research and outreach team — keeping records clean, current, and correctly prioritized in our CRM (Podio).

What We're Looking For
An extremely experience data specialist who has pulled, managed, enriched, filtered and understands public record real estate data for at least 4 years (do not apply if this is not you - this is required)
Strong organizational skills and comfort in data-heavy systems
Ability to spot inconsistencies and patterns across large data sets.
Comfortable with AI and automation tools, integrating data wuth CRMs (podio) and genuinely interested in learning how to work along with our internal systems
Detail-oriented.

What You'll Do
Data Sourcing
Weekly: search NC counties for new tax foreclosure lawsuits and log them in the CRM.
Monthly: check county and law firm sites for foreclosure updates and log them in the CRM.
On request: pull a county's tax delinquency list, or owner-of-record entries matching heir/estate language ("Heirs of," "Et Al," "C/O," "Estate of").

Data Quality & Systems
Cross-reference leads across all sources so no property or owner is double-counted.
Flag inconsistencies before they cause wasted calls or missed opportunities.
Maintain and refine our lead grading criteria, and help tune the AI grading system once it's live.
Manage access to skip-traced contact data and CRM permissions.
Build light automation to cut down repetitive manual work.
Improve functionality of our business systems, CRM (Podio), automation, and workflows to increase efficiency

Reporting & Insights
Track what's closing, what's not, and where the team's time is going.
Turn patterns in the data into clear, recurring direction on what to target next.
Track county-level performance and skip tracing cost/accuracy to guide expansion and vendor decisions.

Schedule
Remote, flexible — driven by the weekly/monthly cadence above plus ad hoc requests from the team.

How to Apply
Write "Ready" at the very top.
Attach your resume.
Include a short paragraph on why you're applying to this role in particular and why you are the right hire.

DO NOT APPLY if you do not have 4 years+ experience managing, pulling and enriching public record real estate data
