JOB OVERVIEW

AI VIDEO EDITOR - KLING & NANO BANANA PRO

We are looking for a detail-oriented and creative AI Video Editor to join our team full-time.

Your main responsibility will be turning written creative briefs into polished short-form video advertisements.

You will review a brief, generate the required base images using Nano Banana Pro, animate those images using Kling, and prepare the final video for delivery.

We will provide training on our specific systems and creative process. However, previous hands-on experience with both Kling and Nano Banana Pro is required.

This role is best suited to someone who follows instructions carefully, notices small visual details, and has a strong eye for design.

WHAT YOU WILL BE RESPONSIBLE FOR

- Read and understand detailed video briefs.
- Generate high-quality base images using Nano Banana Pro.
- Turn generated images into realistic video clips using Kling.
- Follow visual references closely, including character appearance, framing, setting, movement, and overall style.
- Write and adjust AI-generation prompts when necessary.
- Review generated images and clips carefully before submitting them.
- Regenerate assets when the result does not match the brief.
- Combine clips and complete basic video editing when required.
- Add subtitles, text overlays, audio, or other simple editing elements when included in the brief.
- Organize project files and export videos using the correct names, formats, and dimensions.
- Make revisions based on feedback from the creative team.
- Complete assigned videos within the agreed deadlines.

WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR

- Previous hands-on experience using Kling.
- Previous hands-on experience using Nano Banana Pro.
- Strong attention to detail.
- A good eye for design, composition, framing, and visual consistency.
- Able to follow detailed written and visual instructions closely.
- Able to compare your work against a reference and notice what needs to be corrected.
- Comfortable generating multiple versions until the result is right.
- Able to understand feedback and apply it accurately.
- Strong organization and file-management skills.
- Reliable communication during working hours.
- Able to manage deadlines and complete tasks without repeated reminders.
- Reliable internet connection and a computer suitable for video-editing work.

Experience creating short-form advertisements, social media videos, UGC-style content, or e-commerce creatives is highly preferred.

Experience with CapCut, or similar video-editing software is also helpful.

IMPORTANT

We can train you on our internal workflow, naming systems, briefs, and creative standards.

However, this is not a beginner position for someone who has never used AI image or video-generation tools before. You must already have practical experience with both Kling and Nano Banana Pro.

We care more about the quality of your work and your ability to follow instructions than formal qualifications.

THIS ROLE WILL NOT SUIT SOMEONE WHO

- Has never used Kling or Nano Banana Pro.
- Skims instructions instead of reading the full brief.
- Submits the first generated result without checking its quality.
- Regularly misses small but important details.
- Struggles to match references closely.
- Becomes careless when completing repetitive revisions.
- Needs to be reminded repeatedly about deadlines.
- Disappears or becomes unresponsive during working hours.
- Is unwilling to regenerate a clip when the result is not good enough.

WHAT SUCCESS LOOKS LIKE

After the first few months:

- You can understand our creative briefs with minimal explanation.
- Your generated characters, scenes, and video clips closely match the provided references.
- You catch visual mistakes before submitting your work.
- Videos are delivered on time and exported correctly.
- Feedback is understood and applied without the same mistakes being repeated.
- You become faster while maintaining a high standard of quality.
- The creative team can trust you to take a brief and turn it into a finished video.

SCHEDULE AND COMPENSATION

- Full-time, long-term remote position.
- Working schedule: 10:00 AM to 6:00 PM Philippine Time.
- Salary: $500 to $1,000 USD per month, depending on experience and ability.
- Salary and responsibilities may be reviewed based on performance.
- This is intended to become a stable, long-term role for the right person.
