we are looking for an experienced, confident, and personable **Appointment Setter** to join our growing dental implant team.
This is not a passive customer service role. We are looking for someone who knows how to take ownership of new leads, start meaningful conversations, overcome hesitation, follow up consistently, and turn interested prospects into scheduled consultations.
Many of our patients have been considering dental implants for months or even years. They may feel nervous, embarrassed, overwhelmed, or uncertain about treatment. Your role is to connect with them, make them feel comfortable, understand their needs, and help them take the next step toward changing their smile and quality of life.
## What You’ll Do
* Contact new leads quickly by phone, text, and
* Build genuine connections with prospective dental implant patients
* Ask the right questions to understand each lead’s needs, concerns, timeline, and level of interest
* Educate leads on the consultation process without providing clinical advice
* Confidently handle common concerns about treatment, cost, financing, fear, and timing
* Schedule qualified patients for in-person or virtual consultations
* Follow up consistently with leads who are not ready to schedule immediately
* Confirm appointments and help improve consultation show rates
* Re-engage older leads and missed opportunities
* Keep detailed and accurate notes inside the CRM
* Update lead statuses, appointment outcomes, and follow-up tasks
* Meet or exceed appointment-setting, contact-rate, and show-rate goals
* Communicate closely with the patient care and office teams
## What We’re Looking For
* At least **3 years of appointment-setting, inside sales, call center, or phone-based lead-conversion experience**
* Dental, medical, cosmetic, elective healthcare, or high-ticket sales experience is strongly preferred
* Dental implant sales or appointment-setting experience is a major plus
* Fluent English with clear, professional, and confident communication
* Comfortable making and receiving a high volume of phone calls
* Naturally warm, energetic, empathetic, and persuasive
* Able to connect with people from different backgrounds and age groups
* Strong listening skills and the ability to guide conversations
* Persistent and consistent without sounding aggressive or scripted
* Comfortable handling objections and asking for the appointment
* Organized, dependable, punctual, and accountable
* Able to manage multiple leads and follow-up conversations at the same time
* Comfortable working with a CRM, text messaging,
* Able to work independently in a remote environment
* Reliable computer, high-speed internet, professional headset, and quiet workspace

## Schedule
This is a remote position. Candidates must be available during the required working hours and maintain dependable attendance.
**Working hours:** 8AM- 5PM Pacific timezone

Success in this role will be measured through:

* Qualified appointments scheduled
* Appointment confirmation rate
* Consultation show rate
* CRM accuracy and follow-up consistency
* Overall lead-to-appointment conversion rate
