## About Us

We are building a portfolio of local lead generation websites across the United States.

Instead of building websites for clients, we build our own digital assets, rank them on Google, generate qualified leads, and rent those websites to local businesses.

Our long-term goal is to become one of the largest local lead generation companies in the U.S.

We plan to launch **20 high-quality websites every month**, and we're looking for someone who wants to grow into a leadership role as we scale.

# 30-Day Paid Trial

This position begins with a **30-day paid trial**.

The trial allows both of us to determine whether we're a good long-term fit.

During this period, you'll work on real projects, follow our systems, and demonstrate your ability to execute consistently.

Candidates who successfully complete the trial and meet expectations will receive a full-time offer with additional compensation and performance bonuses.

# Your Responsibilities

You'll own the technical SEO and website production process.

## Local SEO
* Keyword research
* Competitor analysis
* Search intent analysis
* Keyword clustering
* On-page SEO
* Internal linking
* Local citations
* Schema implementation
* Google Search Console
* Google Analytics
* Rank tracking
* Basic backlink outreach

## WordPress
* Build WordPress websites
* Create service pages
* Create city pages
* Optimize website speed
* Install and manage plugins
* Publish AI-assisted content
* Maintain existing websites

## AI Workflow
Use AI tools to increase efficiency while maintaining quality.

Examples include:
* ChatGPT
* Claude
* Gemini

You'll use AI to:
* Create SEO content drafts
* Generate metadata
* Build content briefs
* Improve internal linking
* Increase production speed

Help our team:
* Launch up to **20 SEO-ready websites** per month.

* Create repeatable SEO processes and documentation.

Quality is more important than speed. We value accurate, consistent execution over rushing to hit production numbers.
