Appliance Repair Dispatcher

Position Summary

The Appliance Repair Dispatcher is responsible for scheduling service appointments, coordinating technicians, and providing excellent customer service. This role ensures repair calls are dispatched efficiently and customers are kept informed throughout the service process.

Responsibilities

Schedule and dispatch service calls.
Coordinate technician routes and daily schedules.
Answer customer calls, emails, and texts.
Confirm appointments and communicate updates or delays.
Create and manage work orders.
Monitor technician progress and assist with scheduling changes.
Follow up with customers to ensure satisfaction.
Maintain accurate customer and service records.

Qualifications

Strong customer service and communication skills.
Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities.
Proficient with computers and scheduling software.
Dispatch or customer service experience preferred.
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
