JOB OVERVIEW

???? We’re Hiring: Sales Closer / Growth & Enrollment Specialist

Lighthouse Voyages is looking for a friendly, confident, and motivated Sales Closer to support a U.S.-based client in the online coaching, SaaS, and entrepreneurship education space.

This is a part-time remote position with a monthly compensation of $550–$600 USD depending on experience.

In this role, you’ll connect with interested prospects, learn about their goals, answer their questions, and help them choose the program or service that best fits their needs.

What You’ll Do:

- Speak with inbound leads through phone or video calls
- Conduct discovery and enrollment conversations
- Introduce coaching programs and software solutions
- Follow up with interested prospects through phone, email, SMS, and social media
- Provide helpful answers and address common concerns
- Keep lead information and next steps organized in GoHighLevel
- Coordinate successful enrollments with the onboarding team
- Share regular updates on leads, conversations, and results

You May Be a Great Fit If You:

- Have at least three years of sales, enrollment, or closing experience
- Have worked with coaching, consulting, education, or SaaS offers
- Communicate confidently and professionally in English
- Are comfortable speaking with people by phone or video
- Are organized, consistent, and comfortable following up
- Can manage your responsibilities independently
- Are open to feedback and willing to improve through coaching

Experience with GoHighLevel, high-ticket programs, SaaS demonstrations, healthcare, senior care, webinars, or U.S.-based companies is helpful, but not required for every applicant.

We’re looking for someone who listens well, communicates clearly, and genuinely enjoys helping people make informed decisions.
