We are looking for an experienced **Buildertrend & Construction Estimating Specialist** to help build the backend systems that will allow our company to scale.

This is not an administrative assistant position.

This is a construction operations role for someone who understands residential remodeling, estimating, and Buildertrend.

Your primary responsibility during your first 90 days will be to build our complete Buildertrend estimating system.

You will work directly with ownership to create standardized pricing, estimate templates, cost catalogs, budgets, and proposal systems that allow us to estimate projects quickly and accurately.

Responsibilities

Buildertrend

* Build and organize our Cost Catalog
* Create Estimate Templates
* Create Cost Codes
* Build Proposal Templates
* Create Purchase Order Templates
* Create Change Order Templates
* Organize our Buildertrend account
* Improve workflows

Construction Estimating

* Enter labor pricing
* Enter material pricing
* Build estimate assemblies
* Maintain pricing database
* Update supplier pricing
* Review completed jobs
* Improve estimating accuracy

Operations

* Build production budgets
* Assist with project budgets
* Create standardized estimating procedures
* Maintain estimating database
* Assist ownership with process improvements

Required

* Previous Buildertrend experience
* Residential construction experience
* Construction estimating experience
* Excellent Excel or Google Sheets skills
* Strong organizational skills
* Excellent English communication
* Detail-oriented
* Reliable internet connection

Preferred

Experience with one or more of:

* Buildxact
* JobTread
* Bluebeam
* PlanSwift
* Procore
* STACK
* Construction takeoffs
* Quantity surveying
