JOB OVERVIEW

I run FIRE Singles Club, a virtual speed dating program for people pursuing Financial Independence. The events bring together singles with shared values around money and lifestyle design, and have led to several successful relationships. I'm looking for someone to take ownership of running and marketing it month to month. You'll train with me initially under my existing accounts and processes, then manage operations going forward.

What you'll do each month:
- Set up and run a monthly virtual speed dating event on Fanciful
- Email participants and the mailing list (currently MailerLite, but you can suggest Brevo or another tool you prefer for my review)
- Create and publish posts on Instagram and Facebook
- Track tasks and communicate with me in Asana
- Be available during events to handle any issues. Events are usually weekdays at 7 PM ET or weekends at 2 PM ET, so you must be available at those times.

Who I'm looking for:
- Organized, reliable, and comfortable owning a recurring process
- Friendly and professional in written communication
- Experience with social media, community management, or virtual events is a plus

You don't need experience with these specific tools, but willingness to learn is important.

My communication style is direct and efficient. I appreciate people who ask questions early and focus on getting things across the finish line rather than guessing.

The workload is a few hours per month to start, with room to grow if the program grows.
