JOB OVERVIEW

About the Role
We're looking for an Automation Engineer to help improve and automate our lead generation workflows. You'll work directly with the founder to build tools that automate research, organize leads, and reduce manual work.

Example Projects
Pull relevant posts and user information from approved Facebook groups and other public sources.
Use AI to rank leads based on how relevant and valuable they are to the platform.
Create automated draft comments or messages for high-priority leads.
Sort leads and collect publicly available contact information, such as emails.
Organize leads into a clean dashboard or database for review. (We are currently sorting leads into Slack)

Responsibilities
Build and improve lead generation automations
Automate repetitive research tasks
Integrate APIs into existing workflows
Clean, organize, and rank collected data
Maintain and improve existing automation systems

Requirements
Experience with Node.js
Experience working with APIs
Web Scrapping Experience
Familiarity with AI APIs (OpenAI, Anthropic, or similar)
Experience building automation workflows
Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work independently
