JOB OVERVIEW

Client Support:
• Provide exceptional online customer support with excellent phone and/or written communication skills, resulting in maximizing online sales and a repeat client base.
• Supports all contact channels by successfully responding to Zendesk inquiries via email, chat, phone, social media and other channels as assigned
• Understand customer needs and resolves customer inquiries to enhance brand loyalty
• Assists customers with placing, tracking, and returning orders along with advising on styling and sizing
• Assist in processing returns, adjusting orders, modifying orders, creating reporting
• Support quality assurance and share product and website related client feedback

Sales:
• This position will focus on supporting the development and acquisition of new customers and to expand the sales of current customers. This role will also require use of Customer Relationship Management (CRM) software, understanding of web platform.
• Cultivate relationships and offer special, dedicated and curated service to Specialized Natori clientgroups, actively contributing to increased sales revenue
• Contribute towards the efficiency of the Client Services Team and play a key role in achieving the
service level targets

• QUALIFICATIONS:
• 2+ years of previous Ecommerce Client Advisor experience.
• Luxury eCommerce sales and customer service experience preferred with a keen understanding of luxury needs and expectations.
• Microsoft Excel, Microsoft Word, Internet Explorer
• Strong problem-solving ability
• Excellent organizational skills and the ability to multi-task
• Extremely strong attention to detail.
• Ability to work under pressure while maintaining a calm demeanor
• Strong interpersonal skills including, active listening, verbal and written communication abilities
