**Social Media Content Expert – Viral Growth | Parlour FL Salon (Remote – US Luxury Brand)**

Parlour FL is a boutique luxury salon brand in the United States looking for a high-performing Social Media Content Expert who specializes in creating trending, viral content that drives real growth across platforms.

This is not a basic posting or scheduling role.

We need someone who understands how to make content that performs — content that gets shared, saves, comments, and new followers.

The Role
You will create and edit short-form video and photo content designed to grow our presence on:
- Instagram
- TikTok
- YouTube Shorts
- Pinterest
- Facebook
- X

Your main responsibility is simple: produce content that trends, travels, and grows the brand.

**What Success Looks Like**
- Content that consistently performs above average in reach and engagement
- Clear understanding of what makes content go viral on each platform- each platform has different modes of virality
- Ability to turn trends into on-brand content for a luxury beauty audience
- Strong editing skills and fast creative output
- Data-informed decisions — you track what works and double down

**Tools You’ll Use**
CapCut, Adobe Premiere Pro, Photoshop, Lightroom, Canva, DaVinci Resolve, and native platform analytics (Instagram Insights, TikTok Analytics, YouTube Analytics, Meta Business Suite. YouTube Studio, Pintrest Business Manager).

**Who We’re Looking For**
- Minimum 4 years creating content for brands (beauty, lifestyle, or luxury preferred)
- Proven experience growing accounts through viral or high-performing content
- Excellent written and spoken English
- Strong aesthetic sense that fits a luxury brand
- Reliable, independent, and professional
- Comfortable working EST hours (flexible between 8am–8pm)
-Experience working for luxury brands and US companies

**Details**
Part-time to start (5–20 hours per week) at $6/hour USD.
High performers will be considered for increased hours and full-time.
