About the Role

Eveready Express is seeking a reliable, detail-oriented, and proactive Track & Trace Specialist to join our growing logistics team.

In this role, you will be responsible for monitoring active shipments, communicating with drivers, providing real-time shipment updates, and ensuring our customers receive timely and accurate information throughout the delivery process.

The ideal candidate must have experience working in the U.S. logistics industry, thrives in a fast-paced environment, can effectively multitask, possesses intermediate English communication skills, and has a growth mindset with a willingness to continuously learn and improve.

Key Responsibilities
Monitor active shipments and deliveries in real time.
Contact drivers to verify shipment status, estimated arrival times, and delivery completion.
Provide accurate and timely shipment updates to customers and internal teams.
Document shipment milestones and maintain accurate tracking records.
Follow up on delayed shipments, delivery exceptions, and missing Proofs of Delivery (PODs).
Escalate service issues to the appropriate department when necessary.
Update dispatch and tracking systems accurately and promptly.
Collaborate with dispatch, customer service, and operations teams to ensure on-time deliveries.
Maintain professionalism in all communications with drivers and customers.
Perform additional logistics support tasks as assigned.
Qualifications
Required: Minimum of 1 year of experience in the U.S. logistics or transportation industry.
Experience in Track & Trace, dispatch, freight brokerage, courier, final-mile delivery, or transportation operations is highly preferred.
Strong ability to multitask and manage multiple shipments simultaneously in a fast-paced environment.
Intermediate English communication skills (written and verbal).
Excellent organizational skills with exceptional attention to detail.
Comfortable making outbound calls and communicating professionally with drivers, customers, and internal teams.
Basic computer proficiency and the ability to quickly learn new software and systems.
Dependable, self-motivated, and able to work independently with minimal supervision.
Customer-focused with strong problem-solving and critical-thinking skills.
A growth mindset with a willingness to accept feedback, adapt to new processes, and continuously improve.
Experience using Transportation Management Systems (TMS), dispatch software, load boards, CRM platforms, or shipment tracking systems is an advantage.

Processor: 2.0 GHz or higher (Intel Core i5/i7 or equivalent preferred)
RAM: Minimum 16 GB
Storage: At least 100 GB of available disk space
Second monitor for efficient multitasking

Noise-canceling headset
Internet: Minimum 20 Mbps wired connection for both your primary and backup internet service providers
USB sticks, mobile hotspots, or wireless dongles are not permitted as backup internet connections
