JOB OVERVIEW

Hey, we're expanding our YouTube automation operation and looking for a VA who genuinely knows their way around YouTube content, or wants to.

A bit about us: we run multiple YouTube channels and have built out a pretty solid workflow over time. We're not looking for someone to babysit our channels for a few weeks — we want to find one or two people we can actually build with long term. If that's not what you're looking for, no hard feelings, but this post probably isn't for you.

We have an in-house tool that handles the actual video production, so you won't be editing in Premiere for 6 hours a day. What we need help with:
- Writing scripts (using Claude and our internal tool — we'll give you the exact process)
- Generating the videos with our tool
- Designing thumbnails in Photoshop (we have templates and SOPs, but you do need to know your way around Photoshop)
- Uploading and scheduling everything

Once you're comfortable with that, you'll also be keeping an eye on how the channels are doing, which topics are hitting, which aren't, that kind of thing. We'll also occasionally need you to set up and test new Gmail accounts.

We have SOPs for basically everything, so you're not going to be guessing what to do. But we do need someone who can actually follow a process closely and think for themselves when something's not covered.

What we need from you:
- Full time, min. 5 days a week avaiability
- Decent computer and internet — you'll be working with video files
- Good English (written and spoken)
- Comfortable in Photoshop
- Ideally some YouTube experience already, but honestly we care more about work ethic and whether you're genuine
- flexible / hard working (for example if its needed to record a random video for testing a channel you are up for it)

What you get:
- flexible hours: you can work whenever you want, as long as work is delivered
- Real room to grow. If you're good and you care about this, you move up to Channel Manager, and pay + bonuses go up with it
- biweekly payments
- performance based bonuses

Pay:
this is a full time position:
- Testing period (1–2 months): $350–$400/month, depending on your previous experience
- After testing: $400–$500/month base pay, plus a performance bonus of $50–$100 per 1M views on a channel you manage
