We're looking for a creative, detail-oriented tea ---------- mber who enjoys writing, learning AI tools, and helping grow a digital brand through affiliate marketing and strategic partnerships.

This is a long-term opportunity with room to grow into a leadership role as the brand expands.

This is a growth-focused role, not simply a content-writing position. We want someone who can use SEO, affiliate marketing, Pinterest, email, analytics, and content strategy together to increase website traffic, audience growth, affiliate revenue, and brand partnership opportunities.

Your Responsibilities
Content Creation
- Write engaging, SEO-friendly blog articles.
- Research products and topics that fit our brand and audience.
- Edit and polish articles so they sound natural, engaging, and aligned with our voice.
- Upload and format articles in WordPress.
- Optimize blog posts with headings, internal links, meta descriptions, and affiliate links.

Affiliate Marketing
- Research products across affiliate platforms such as ShopMy, LTK, Amazon Associates, RewardStyle, and other affiliate programs.
- Add and organize affiliate links within blog posts.
- Track affiliate opportunities and help maximize revenue.
- Identify trending products and seasonal content ideas.

Visual Content
- Create beautiful on-brand images
- Select or create imagery that reflects a clean, elegant, luxury aesthetic.
- Maintain visual consistency across blog posts and marketing materials.

Brand Partnerships & Outreach
- Research brands that align with our content.
- Send personalized outreach emails to introduce our brand and explore collaborations.
- Follow up professionally with potential partners.
- Maintain an organized outreach tracker and CRM.

Email Marketing
- Help create and format email newsletters.
- Repurpose blog content into engaging email campaigns.
- Assist with audience engagement and affiliate promotions.

Research & Growth
- Stay informed on trends in fashion, beauty, travel, wellness, and affiliate marketing.
- Suggest new content ideas based on search trends and seasonal opportunities.
- Help improve workflows using AI and automation.

An excellent English writer with strong grammar.
Highly organized and dependable.
Detail-oriented and able to follow brand guidelines.
Creative and eager to learn.
Comfortable using AI tools to improve productivity.
Able to work independently and solve problems.
Interested in luxury lifestyle, fashion, travel, beauty, or wellness.

Success in This Role

A successful week might include:

Publishing 3–5 high-quality blog articles.
Creating beautiful branded graphics.
Adding affiliate links correctly.
Sending personalized outreach to potential brand partners.
Following up with existing contacts.
Helping publish an email newsletter.
Suggesting new ideas that help grow traffic, partnerships, and affiliate revenue.

Hours
Part-time (approximately 20 hours per week) to start.
Opportunity to increase hours as the brand grows.
Flexible schedule with reliable communication expected.
