JOB OVERVIEW

~15–20 hrs/month to start, long-term for the right person. Text/Viber-first; tasks include hotel and travel bookings, phone research and negotiations, government/errand navigation, and working alongside AI tools I use heavily. Must be: tech-curious (you learn new apps for fun), detail-obsessed, comfortable calling anyone. English + Tagalog. Rate: ?400–550/hr DOE, paid weekly via Wise/GCash.

Hiring process, so you know what to expect: shortlisted candidates get a brief paid audition task this week; finalists do a live video interview before any hire is final, and since I arrive in Manila August 10, an in-person meet may replace or follow the video call for the top candidate. If video calls aren’t something you’re comfortable with, this role isn’t the right fit.
