JOB OVERVIEW

Hello to everyone reading this,

Currently looking for a dependable, energetic, and coachable Appointment Setter to become part of a growing U.S.-based business.
You'll be starting with 20 hours/week but if you're great at this I will increase the hours.

This position is NOT for someone looking for an easy job. You will be speaking with people every day, receiving rejection, learning continuously, and improving your communication skills. If you enjoy challenges, personal growth, and becoming exceptional at your craft, you'll fit in well here.
You can procced in applying if you are someone who wants to improve, learn, earn performance bonuses, and potentially grow into a larger role over time!

Your primary responsibility will be speaking with homeowners over the phone, building rapport, and scheduling appointments.
3-minutes: the average time taken to set-up one appointment

I provide the following:

• Training- proven scripts, tonality, ongoing coaching, etc.
• Systems- calling software/ CRM, Leads

You provide:

• Amazing attitude- positive energy, coachability, reliability, professionalism, & willingness to improve every day
• Strong spoken English

Responsibilities

• Make outbound calls to schedule qualified appointments by following our appointment-setting process

• Update CRM accurately

Requirements

- Excellent spoken English with a positive attitude
- Reliable internet connection
- Quiet work environment
- Quality headset
- Comfortable making outbound phone calls
- Punctual
- Able to follow systems and processes
- Available to occasionally work weekends when needed (don't worry I am very fair and understand the need for family and friends)
