JOB OVERVIEW

WISK is looking for a creative and strategic Part-Time Social Media Expert who understands how each platform works and can adapt content based on its audience, format, and algorithm.

This role will focus on maintaining and growing our brand presence across LinkedIn, Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, YouTube, Threads, Reddit, and other relevant platforms.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and manage a consistent social media content calendar
• Create platform-specific Reels, short-form videos, static graphics, carousel posts, and educational content
• Design engaging social media graphics and visual assets
• Edit short-form videos for Reels, TikTok, YouTube Shorts, and other channels
• Repurpose blogs, webinars, podcasts, and company resources into social media content
• Write compelling captions, hooks, and calls to action
• Participate authentically in relevant Reddit communities, Threads discussions, and industry forums
• Respond to comments and encourage meaningful conversations with our audience
• Monitor trends and identify new content opportunities
• Track engagement, reach, follower growth, website traffic, and lead-generation performance
• Collaborate with the marketing, sales, design, and leadership teams
• Recommend campaigns and initiatives that strengthen brand awareness and generate qualified leads

What We’re Looking For

• Proven experience managing social media for a SaaS, technology, hospitality, or B2B brand
• Strong understanding of how content and strategies differ across social media platforms
• Experience with graphic design and social media asset creation
• Experience editing short-form and promotional videos
• Strong copywriting and communication skills
• Familiarity with social media scheduling, analytics, graphic design, and video-editing tools
• Ability to engage naturally in online communities such as Reddit and Threads
• Strategic, creative, proactive, and comfortable testing new ideas
• Knowledge of SEO, social listening, and AI-assisted content creation is an advantage

This is a part-time role, with the possibility of expanding as the workload and social media initiatives grow.
