JOB OVERVIEW

## Job Overview

We are looking for a detail-oriented and reliable Virtual Assistant to help prepare and submit Broker Price Opinions (BPOs) and appraisal-related assignments. This is a *part-time, remote position* with flexible hours, but assignments must be completed promptly—typically within *24 hours* of being assigned.

Real estate experience is required. Experience completing *BPOs and appraisal reports* is strongly preferred.

## Responsibilities

* Complete and submit Broker Price Opinions (BPOs) on various client platforms.
* Research and select the most appropriate comparable sales (comps).
* Analyze comparable properties and make accurate adjustments when required.
* Ensure reports are accurate, complete, and submitted on time.
* Review and correct any Quality Control (QC) revisions or client feedback promptly.
* Maintain a high level of accuracy to minimize QC revisions.
* Follow client-specific guidelines and platform requirements.
* Communicate promptly regarding any questions or issues with assignments.

## Requirements

* Previous real estate experience is required.
* Experience completing BPOs, appraisals, or comparative market analyses (CMAs) is highly preferred.
* Strong understanding of:

* Finding and selecting comparable properties
* MLS data and public records (if applicable)
* Property valuation principles
* Residential real estate
* Excellent attention to detail.
* Strong written English skills.
* Ability to learn multiple BPO platforms and client requirements.
* Reliable internet connection and computer.
* Able to consistently meet deadlines, with most assignments completed within 24 hours.

## Performance Expectations

Accuracy is extremely important. We strive to keep Quality Control revisions to an absolute minimum. Candidates who consistently submit accurate reports with little to no revisions will receive additional work as our volume grows.
