JOB OVERVIEW

We're looking for a sharp, motivated Virtual Assistant to join our real estate investing team as a Wholesale Buyer Acquisition Specialist. Your main mission: find and connect with cash buyers who are actively looking to purchase investment properties. This is a high-growth role for someone who's hungry, coachable, and ready to hustle from day one.

What You'll Do
Search PropStream daily to identify potential cash buyers and wholesale/investment property leads
Skip trace leads to find accurate contact information (phone numbers, emails)
Make outbound cold calls to prospective buyers using Google Voice (or similar dialer/VOIP setup)
Send cold emails to prospective buyers to gauge interest and build relationships
Track, organize, and update all leads and outreach activity in Excel/Google Sheets
Qualify buyer interest and log key details (budget, target areas, property type, etc.)
Join weekly check-ins to report progress, numbers, and results
Continuously refine outreach approach based on feedback and results

What We're Looking For
Prior experience with cold calling and cold emailing (real estate experience a big plus, but not required)
Familiarity with PropStream or willingness to learn quickly
Skip tracing experience (or fast learner willing to be trained)
Strong Excel/Google Sheets skills — must keep organized, accurate records
Comfortable using Google Voice or similar calling tools
Excellent spoken and written English communication skills
Self-starter who can work independently with minimal supervision
Thick-skinned, resilient, and comfortable with rejection (cold outreach!)
Reliable internet connection and a quiet space for calls
Fast learner who can adapt in a high-energy, fast-moving environment
