Part-Time Talent Acquisition Specialist (Remote)

Summary
We are seeking an experienced Part-Time Talent Acquisition Specialist to support our recruitment efforts by managing candidate pipelines, sourcing qualified applicants, conducting initial phone screenings, coordinating interviews, and ensuring a positive candidate experience throughout the recruitment process.
This role requires a proactive recruiting professional who can independently manage applicant flow, maintain accurate recruitment records, communicate effectively with candidates, and support hiring initiatives through organized and timely execution.
The ideal candidate will have hands-on recruiting experience, strong candidate engagement skills, excellent follow-through, and the ability to manage recruitment activities in a remote environment.

Key Responsibilities
Manage applicants flow and recruitment activity for assigned openings.
Source, identify, and engage qualified candidates through various recruitment channels.
Review resumes and applications to assess candidate qualifications.
Conduct phone screenings to evaluate experience, qualifications, availability, and alignment with position requirements.
Coordinate and schedule interviews with candidates and hiring managers.
Maintain consistent communication and follow-up with candidates throughout the recruitment process.
Provide timely updates to candidates regarding interview status and next steps.
Update and maintain ATS records and recruitment tracking spreadsheets with accurate candidate information.
Monitor candidate pipelines and provide recruitment activity updates.
Support recruitment reporting and tracking activities.
Ensure a professional and positive candidate experience.
Required Qualifications
Minimum of 2 years of recruiting experience, including candidate sourcing and interviewing.
Experience managing applicant flow and candidate pipelines.
Demonstrated experience conducting phone screenings and evaluating candidates.
Strong verbal and written communication skills. Must be fluent in English.
Excellent organizational skills with strong attention to detail.
Ability to work independently, prioritize tasks, and meet deadlines in a remote environment.

Strong computer literacy and proficiency with:

Fully remote position.
Must have reliable internet access and a professional workspace.
