We are a Christian faith-based psychotherapy company seeking a reliable virtual assistant with a medical or behavioral-health background for a steady, long-term position.
Schedule and Pay
* Monday–Friday, 5:00–6:00 p.m. Eastern Time
* Must remain available when U.S. daylight-saving time changes
* $9 USD per hour
* Approximately $195–$200 per month
* Two-week paid trial period
* Work time will be tracked through an approved time-tracking system
* No advance payments or personal loans
* Extra hours require prior approval
Responsibilities
* Clean up and format 10-15 already-written clinical notes
* Use an approved note-processing tool
* Enter and organize notes in Alma
* Correct grammar and clarity without changing meaning or adding information
* Create tasks for anything requiring clinician review
* Answer routine
* Occasionally speak by phone in English
Notes should take approximately 20–45 minutes, with the remaining time used for messages and administrative tasks.
# Requirements
* Medical, behavioral-health, or clinical administrative experience
* Experience with clinical notes or medical documentation
* Excellent written and spoken English
* Strong attention to detail
* Reliable internet, backup internet, and private workspace
* Comfortable using Google Workspace and Alma
* Seeking steady, long-term work
* Willing to complete a paid HIPAA course and provide the certificate
* Willing to sign confidentiality, privacy, security, and work agreements
This position involves identifiable client information. The assistant must use only approved systems, protect client privacy, and never place client information into personal
Anything unclear, clinical, urgent, or unusual must be assigned to the clinician.
