JOB OVERVIEW

Are you a graphic designer and video editor who enjoys creating scroll-stopping, conversion-focused ads? We are a performance marketing agency that primarily works with B2B Healthtech, SaaS, and professional services companies, where lead generation is the goal.

We are looking for someone who can turn briefs, hooks, copy, and raw assets into clear paid-social creative. You should also bring fresh concepts, relevant trends, and best practices that help us test a wider range of creative ideas.

This role will be project-based initially, with the potential for consistent, long-term work.

What you will do
Create static and carousel ads for Meta, LinkedIn, and other paid placements.
Edit short-form videos using b-roll, talking-head footage, UGC or AI-UGC, captions, and motion graphics.
Develop net-new concepts and meaningful variations across hooks, audiences, offers, and formats.
Apply current paid-social trends and best practices without relying on generic templates.
Iterate based on feedback and, when available, creative performance.
Deliver organized, editable Figma files and clean final exports.
Keyword is orbitframe

What we are looking for
A strong portfolio of real paid-social ads, ideally for B2B lead generation.
Strong Figma skills for static and carousel design.
Experience with CapCut, Premiere Pro, or a comparable short-form editing workflow.
A strong eye for mobile-first hierarchy, readable hooks, pacing, and detail.
Comfort using AI-native tools such as Claude Design, Codex, Higgsfield, Arc Ads, Runway, or similar tools.
Clear communication, reliable delivery, and the ability to respond well to feedback.
E-commerce, B2C, UGC, motion graphics, and Adobe Suite experience are useful additions, but B2B lead-generation creative is our primary focus.

Role details
Remote and project-based to start.
Potential for consistent, long-term work for the right fit.
Some overlap with U.S. Eastern Time is helpful.

How to apply
Complete the short application form below. It should take less than two minutes. We mainly want to see a direct Figma portfolio showing your recent static and carousel ads, plus an optional link to short-form video work.
