JOB OVERVIEW

I'm a folk musician, dancer, and educator based in Kentucky, USA, and I'm growing a fun digital business I love — including an online dance academy, music projects and concerts, and a small but mighty email community.

I'm looking for a careful, detail-oriented virtual assistant who takes pride in doing things right the first time.

This is a part-time role starting at 5-10 hours per week, with real potential for more hours as my business grows. I've been in business for a long time and I treat the people I work with well. Kindness and a sense of humor are important values to me.

Here are potential tasks you'll be helping me with:

-Formatting and scheduling newsletters and emails in Kajabi (from my drafts)
-Building landing pages, sales pages, and loading course content in Kajabi using my templates
-Uploading podcast audio to Buzzsprout and writing show notes from my outlines
-Designing thumbnails and slides in Canva for use inside Kajabi
-Light customer service (community membership requests), plus occasional website updates and an eventual Kit-to-Kajabi migration

Kajabi experience is a big plus. If you don't have it yet but you're a fast learner who's comfortable learning new platforms, I'm open to that too.

What I'm really looking for is someone who:

• Double-checks their work before calling it done
• Asks a clarifying question rather than guessing on something important
• Communicates clearly and honestly
• Takes deadlines seriously without needing to be reminded

This role is fully async — no set hours, no required overlap with my time zone. You manage your own schedule as long as the work gets done.

To apply, please reply to this job post with:

-A brief introduction
-A summary of your relevant experience
-A link to a sample of work you're proud of (a newsletter, landing page, or anything similar)
-And — here's the fun part — tell me who your favorite musician or dancer is and why

Looking forward to meeting you!
