# Full-Time Real Estate Virtual Assistant

**Schedule:** 40 hours per week
**Working Hours:** 12:00 PM–8:00 PM Central Time, Monday through Friday

Ready Home Buyers is a growing real estate consulting company based in Memphis, Tennessee. We help homeowners who may be dealing with difficult or stressful property situations by providing honest guidance, practical solutions, and a simple selling process.

We are looking for a motivated virtual assistant who wants more than a temporary job. This is a long-term opportunity for someone who wants to grow, improve, take on more responsibility, and become an important part of our company as we expand.

## Job Responsibilities

Your main responsibilities will include:

* Cold calling homeowners who may be interested in selling their property
* Speaking with distressed property owners in a respectful and professional manner
* Following call scripts while keeping conversations natural
* Qualifying potential seller leads
* Asking questions about the property, motivation, condition, timeline, and asking price
* Managing SMS campaigns
* Responding to incoming text messages
* Following up with leads by phone and text
* Scheduling appointments for qualified prospects
* Entering and updating lead information in our CRM
* Keeping detailed and accurate notes
* Organizing follow-up tasks and reminders
* Completing general administrative duties
* Helping improve company systems and processes over time

## Requirements

The ideal candidate must:

* Be fluent in spoken and written English
* Speak clearly and confidently on the phone
* Be comfortable making a high volume of outbound calls
* Have strong communication and listening skills
* Be reliable, punctual, and consistent
* Be organized and detail-oriented
* Be coachable and willing to receive feedback
* Be self-motivated and able to work independently
* Have a positive attitude and strong work ethic
* Be interested in a long-term position
* Have a reliable computer, headset, and internet connection
* Be available during the required working hours

## Preferred Experience

Experience is helpful but not required. Bonus points for applicants with experience in:

* Cold calling
* Sales
* Customer service
* Real estate
* Real estate wholesaling
* Lead generation
* Appointment setting
* Property management
* SMS marketing
* CRM software
* Dialer software
* Virtual assistant work

Training will be provided, but you must be willing to learn, practice, and improve.
