We are a small, close-knit, and highly ambitious team that works hard, moves quickly, and takes real ownership of the work. As we enter our largest production year yet, we are looking for an exceptional project manager to lead the people, systems, and workflow that turn filmed content into polished online programs.

The role
- You will manage the people, projects, and systems that turn filmed lessons into polished learning experiences.
- You do not need to be a video editor or have worked in online course production. You do need to learn quickly, understand complex work, give clear direction, and keep many moving parts organized.
- This is not a role for someone who simply updates project management software. You will be expected to drive the work, solve problems, and take ownership of the final result.

What you will actually do
- Own the workflow. Move every lesson smoothly from filming through editing, design, review, and publishing.
- Turn each lesson into a plan. Understand its instructional goals, translate them into clear production assignments, and give every task an owner and deadline.
- Lead the team. Keep editors, designers, upload support, and freelancers clear, accountable, and moving.
- Manage priorities. Sequence dependent work, protect deadlines, and address problems before they slow the team down.
- Run quality control. Catch missing elements, inconsistencies, and errors before the lesson reaches students.
- Build the system. Create the processes, folders, checklists, documentation, and handoffs that keep projects organized.
- Improve the workflow. Use AI and better tools to make the work faster, clearer, and more consistent.
