Live and Love Dance Productions is looking for an energetic, motivated, and highly organized Studio Growth and Enrollment Specialist to join our team!

This position is perfect for someone who thrives in a positive, creative environment and has a passion for communication, relationship building, sales, and helping people take the next step.

At Live and Love Dance Productions, we believe dance is about so much more than movement. We are passionate about building confidence, leadership, friendships, and lifelong skills through the art of dance. We are looking for someone who can help share that mission with our community and welcome new families into our studio.

WHAT YOU WILL DO:
- Respond to new leads through phone calls, texts, emails, and social media
- Build genuine connections with prospective families and understand their needs
- Follow up consistently and help families take the next step toward enrollment
- Convert inquiries into trial classes, registrations, and long-term studio families
- Assist with community outreach and lead generation opportunities
- Promote studio programs, events, camps, and enrollment opportunities
- Provide exceptional customer service from the very first interaction
- Support retention by maintaining positive communication with current families

WHO WE ARE LOOKING FOR:
- Minimum English level C1 (we will check and asses)
- Confident communicating with people of all ages
- Experienced in sales, customer service, or relationship based marketing
- Friendly, upbeat, and naturally personable
- Highly organized and dependable
- Strong communicator via phone, email, text, and in person
- Motivated by goals and energized by results
- Able to work independently while being a supportive tea ---------- mber

PREFERRED EXPERIENCE:
- Sales or lead conversion experience
- CRM or lead follow up systems experience
- Marketing or community outreach experience
- Background working with families, children, education, fitness, or extracurricular programs is a plus
