Position Overview

We're looking for someone who can build, launch, and optimize Google Ads and Meta Ads campaigns while assisting with GoHighLevel setups and client onboarding.

If you have experience generating leads for insurance agencies, that's a huge advantage.

As we continue growing, you'll have opportunities to take on more responsibility and eventually help lead our fulfillment team.

Responsibilities

Google Ads

Build new Google Search campaigns

Perform keyword research

Organize campaigns and ad groups

Write compelling ad copy

Configure conversion tracking

Optimize Quality Score

Add negative keywords

Monitor search terms

Improve click-through rate (CTR)

Reduce cost per lead

Monitor budgets

Scale winning campaigns

Troubleshoot campaign issues

Meta (Facebook & Instagram)

Build Meta lead generation campaigns

Create audiences

Build lookalike audiences

Install and verify Meta Pixel

Test creatives

Test copy variations

Optimize campaigns

Improve lead quality

Lower cost per lead

Scale successful campaigns
