JOB OVERVIEW

We're looking for a Data Generation Expert who knows how to find, build, clean, and organize highly targeted prospect lists for cold email campaigns.

This is not a data entry position. We're looking for someone who truly understands lead generation, data sourcing, enrichment, verification, and list building.

Responsibilities
Generate highly targeted lead lists filtered by age, state, location, and other specific criteria.
Verify and scrub lists to remove invalid, duplicate, or poor-quality records.
Continuously improve data quality and accuracy.
Work with our marketing team to build lists for ongoing cold email campaigns.
What We're Looking For

We're not looking for someone who simply downloads lists. We're looking for someone who understands how to build high-quality, highly targeted prospect databases that produce real results.

You should know how to:

Find difficult-to-locate audiences.
Verify email addresses.
Remove bad data.
Organize large datasets.
Improve deliverability by maintaining clean lists.
Think critically about how to improve lead quality and campaign performance.
