JOB OVERVIEW

About the Role
We run a portfolio of businesses operated largely by AI agents. We are hiring an experienced affiliate marketer whose job is to teach our AI agents how to build and run affiliate revenue streams. You will design the strategy, document it as step-by-step processes (SOPs), train the agent through examples and feedback, and review its output until the operation runs with minimal human input.

This role is for a practitioner — someone who has personally earned affiliate commissions and understands offer selection, traffic, and compliance from real experience.

What You'll Do
1) Design the end-to-end affiliate workflow (offer/network selection ? content or channel strategy ? publishing ? link/tracking setup ? optimization) as written SOPs an AI agent can follow
2) Train the agent on content creation for affiliate purposes: reviews, comparisons, roundups, short-form video scripts — reviewing drafts and explaining what converts and why
3) Set up and document tracking discipline: link management, attribution, and how to read the numbers
4) Build compliance into the process: FTC/ASC disclosure rules, network terms of service, and platform policies
5) Monitor performance and translate learnings into updated agent instructions

Required Experience
1) 2+ years of hands-on affiliate marketing with verifiable results (commissions earned through your own channels or campaigns you managed)
2) Experience with at least two of: Amazon Associates, Impact, ShareASale, ClickBank, CJ, Involve Asia, Shopee/Lazada affiliate programs
3) At least one proven traffic channel: SEO/blog, YouTube, TikTok, Pinterest, email, or paid — and you can explain your playbook for it
4) Solid understanding of tracking: affiliate links, UTMs, cookies/attribution windows, EPC, conversion rates
5) Knowledge of disclosure requirements and what gets accounts banned from networks
6) Excellent written English — this role is mostly writing instructions and feedback
7) Comfortable working with AI tools (ChatGPT or similar) for content drafting

Nice to Have
1) Experience building affiliate content sites or niche channels from zero
2) Experience training or managing other VAs, or writing SOPs
3) Familiarity with keyword research tools (Ahrefs, Semrush, or free alternatives)

How We Work
Remote and mostly async. You'll communicate in written English via chat and short documents. Flexible hours with some overlap for check-ins.

7) Imagine you must teach a very literal-minded new employee to write a product comparison article that converts. Write the exact instructions you would give them (5–10 lines).
