JOB OVERVIEW

Turn cold leads into booked appointments for a growing real estate team.

We're looking for a part-time Real Estate Inside Sales Agent to join a growing team, with the opportunity to move into a full-time role based on performance. You'll prospect new leads, make cold calls, build relationships with potential clients, and help improve our lead conversion rate.

TYPE OF WORK: Part-Time (Full-Time potential)
WAGE / SALARY: $15/hour
HOURS PER WEEK: TBD

What You'll Do:
- Hunt, manage, and qualify inbound sales inquiries to convert leads into appointments
- Expand our client base by identifying business opportunities in target regions
- Follow up with prospects via email, phone calls, and other communication to build the sales pipeline and generate qualified leads
- Produce sales reports on a monthly and quarterly basis to track goals
- Create and maintain a database of prospective and past clients

Minimum Qualifications:
- Superb interpersonal and communication skills
- High school diploma (bachelor's degree desired)
- At least 1 year of experience as a real estate ISA, sales rep, or similar sales role
- Open availability - able to work both weekdays and weekends as needed

Nice to Have:
- Real estate license (active or in progress)
- Previous experience in real estate sales (preferred, but willing to train the right candidate)
