## What We're Looking For
- Experience editing short-form video content (CapCut, Premiere Rush, or similar)

- Self-directed and communicative; comfortable working async with a founder who is often traveling or in the field
- Sensitivity and discretion when handling footage involving children and vulnerable communities — this work requires care around dignity, consent, and privacy, not just editing skill
- Bonus: interest in travel, documentary storytelling, or nonprofit/humanitarian work
## Hours & Structure
- Estimated [X–X hours/week], flexible scheduling
- Weekly check-in call or async update
- Clear task list provided each week; room to grow into a larger role as the project scales
## To Apply
Please send:
1. A short introduction and relevant experience
2. Links to 2–3 examples of video edits or social content you've produced (yours or client work)
3. Your availability (hours/week) and rate expectations
We're building something long-term here, not just outsourcing tasks — looking for someone who wants to grow with the project.
