We're Pace Count Land Co, a U.S. land investing company. We buy vacant land and resell it to a network of buyers. We move fast and we're growing — and right now our bottleneck is simple: getting properties listed and in front of buyers quickly, instead of letting them sit. That's the job.
We're looking for a reliable, detail-obsessed Dispositions & Listings VA to own the process of getting every new property listed across all our channels, keeping those listings fresh, scheduling photographers when needed, and handling first-touch buyer inquiries. If you like checklists, hate letting things sit, and take pride in a clean pipeline, you'll fit right in.
This is a long-term role. We invest in our people — do great work and there's room to grow into more hours and more responsibility.
What you'll do
Take the raw property info I hand you and turn it into a finished listing from our template / data sheet
Source the visuals yourself: pull Google Street View captures and map/parcel images — and when a property needs real photos, find and book a local photographer or drone operator (paid on company accounts), then coordinate access and confirm delivery
Create short listing videos / photo reels (CapCut or Canva) and simple listing graphics
Post and manage listings across
Refresh, repost, and renew listings on a schedule so nothing goes stale
Respond to first-touch buyer inquiries fast, answer basics from the datasheet, qualify the buyer, and route hot ones to me
Keep our CRM (Stride) and buyer list current — every inquiry logged, every listing status updated
Send me a short daily update: what got listed, what's pending, what needs my call
Bonus / grow-into (not required day one)
Light transaction coordination: tracking contract dates and deadlines, chasing signatures, coordinating with title/escrow
Who you are
Excellent written English — you'll be writing listings and talking to U.S. buyers
Experience supporting a U.S. real estate business (land or wholesaling a big plus)
You'
Comfortable making simple graphics and short videos/reels in Canva and/or CapCut, and pulling visuals from Google Street View
CRM experience — GoHighLevel / Stride a plus, but you learn new systems fast
Organized, self-directed, and allergic to letting things sit. I'm going to hand you a play and trust you to run it
Your own computer, reliable high-speed internet, and a backup for power/internet
Schedule
Part-time to start (~20 hours/week) with a clear path to full-time as you take on more
We're flexible and can work around your schedule — I don't need you chained to a desk all day. What I need: the work gets done, buyer messages get answered within a couple hours during U.S. daytime, and I get a daily update. Results over clock-watching.
Pay
: $5–$7/hour USD for someone with solid U.S. real estate experience, or $3.50–$4.50/hour if you'd rather hire green and
Paid [weekly / biweekly] via Wise On time, every time — you can count on it.
