JOB OVERVIEW

Job Description

We're looking for an experienced AI Voice Automation Specialist to help build and deploy conversational AI systems for real businesses.

This is an implementation role.

You'll receive a business profile, configure the AI system, test it, and prepare it for deployment.

We're looking for someone who enjoys building reliable, production-ready voice experiences.

What You'll Do

Your responsibilities will include:

• Configure AI voice agents

• Build conversation flows

• Connect phone systems

• Configure call routing

• Integrate with calendars and other business tools when needed

• Test conversations

• Improve natural responses

• Troubleshoot issues

• Deliver clean, reliable implementations

Required Experience

You should already have experience with most of the following:

? Retell AI

? Bland AI

? ElevenLabs

? Zapier

? Twilio

? API integrations

? Webhooks

? Prompt engineering

? Conversation design

If you've used equivalent tools, that's perfectly fine.
