JOB OVERVIEW

We're looking for someone who loves finding business information and knows how to use AI to research faster and smarter.

This is not a sales job.

This is not cold calling.

This is not appointment setting.

Your job is to build complete business profiles that our team can immediately use.

We care about accuracy, completeness, and organization.

What You'll Do

Research businesses online and create complete business profiles.

You'll use Google, AI tools, company websites, Google Maps, LinkedIn, business directories, and other resources to gather accurate information.

Every business profile should be complete enough that another tea ---------- mber can immediately begin working without needing to research anything else.

Information You'll Collect

For each business you'll gather information such as:

• Business Name

• Owner or Decision Maker (when available)

• Website

• Email Address

• Phone Number

• Address

• Google Business Profile

• Office Hours

• Services

• Google Rating

• Number of Reviews

• Social Media Links

• Online Scheduling Link (if available)

• Interesting Notes

• Anything else that helps us understand the business.

The Person We're Looking For

You enjoy researching.

You know how to find information that most people miss.

You know how to verify information instead of guessing.

You're comfortable using AI tools to speed up research.

You don't stop after finding the obvious information.

You naturally think:

"There has to be another place to look."

? Able to verify information from multiple sources

? Organized

? Excellent attention to detail
