Position Overview
We are seeking a reliable, organized, and professional Personal Assistant to support a busy Psychiatrist with administrative, scheduling, and day-to-day coordination tasks. The ideal candidate will have A communication skills, strong attention to detail, and preferably some experience working in a healthcare or medical office setting.
Key Responsibilities
Manage and maintain the psychiatrist's calendar, appointments, and schedule.
Coordinate meetings, calls, and professional commitments.
Respond to
Schedule patient appointments and send appointment reminders.
Assist with patient intake forms and administrative paperwork.
Organize and maintain electronic files and documents.
Coordinate with patients, pharmacies, insurance companies, and other healthcare providers as needed.
Handle confidential information with discretion and professionalism.
Assist with travel arrangements, expense tracking, and personal administrative tasks when required.
Support special projects and other duties as assigned.
Qualifications
Previous experience as a Personal Assistant, Executive Assistant, Medical Receptionist, or Administrative Assistant preferred.
Background in healthcare or medical administration is a plus.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
High level of professionalism and confidentiality.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Google Workspace.
Ability to work independently and manage priorities effectively.
Preferred Skills
Familiarity with medical terminology.
Experience with electronic medical records (EMR/EHR) systems.
Experience scheduling appointments in a healthcare setting.
Knowledge of HIPAA and patient confidentiality standards.
