Sales, Appointment Setting & Sales Support Coordinator
Position Overview
The Outbound Sales, Appointment Setting & Sales Support Coordinator plays a critical role in generating new business opportunities for QPC Group.
This role focuses on Outbound sales to appointment set for sales team, sales support, proposal preparation and assisting our Sales Consultants to win new business. From the very first prospect interaction through to preparing professional quotations and proposals, you will help keep opportunities moving through the sales pipeline.

You will work closely with the Directors and Sales Consultants to identify target markets, engage prospective customers, generate appointments, prepare proposals and continually improve our sales processes.
Sales & Business Development
A large portion of your week will be spent proactively identifying potential customers, researching organisations that fit our ideal client profile and engaging decision-makers through outbound telephone calls,
You will confidently communicate with Office Managers, IT Managers, Operations Managers, Procurement teams, Business Owners and Directors across a wide range of industries.
• Research businesses that fit our target industries and ideal customer profile.
• Cold call and warm call prospective customers.
• Re-engage previous enquiries and inactive customers.
• Follow structured sales campaigns and prospect lists.
• Qualify opportunities before scheduling appointments.
• Book face-to-face, Teams and phone appointments.
• Maintain detailed CRM records after every interaction. We use ACT! CRM
• Follow up quotations and campaigns.
• Build long-term customer relationships.
• Assist with customer retention and account development.
Account Management Support & Customer Development
Supporting our existing customers is just as important as generating new business.
You will work closely with our Sales Account Managers to maintain regular contact with existing clients, ensuring they continue to receive exceptional service while identifying opportunities to strengthen our relationship and expand the range of solutions we provide.
A key responsibility of this role will be proactively contacting customers to arrange annual account review meetings for our Sales Account Managers. These meetings allow us to better understand our customers' changing business needs, ensure they are receiving maximum value from our solutions and identify opportunities to improve efficiency, reduce costs or introduce new technologies.
You will also regularly contact existing customers to check in on how they are progressing, gather feedback on their experience with QPC Group and identify opportunities to introduce additional products and services that may benefit their business.
This role plays an important part in customer retention, account development and cross-selling by ensuring our customers remain engaged with QPC Group and are aware of the full range of workplace technology solutions we provide.
• Contact existing customers to schedule annual account review meetings for our Sales Account Managers.
• Build strong relationships with existing customers through regular communication.
• Conduct customer check-in calls to ensure customers remain satisfied with our products and services.
• Identify opportunities to cross-sell and upsell additional QPC Group solutions.
• Generate qualified enquiries from existing customers and book appointments for the Sales Team.
• Record customer feedback, opportunities and follow-up actions within the CRM.
• Work closely with Sales Account Managers to ensure customer opportunities are followed through.
• Assist with customer retention initiatives and maintain long-term customer relationships.
Proposal Preparation & Sales Administration
Working alongside the Directors and Sales Consultants, you will gather customer requirements, prepare pricing, develop professional proposals and ensure all documentation reflects the high standards expected by QPC Group.
• Prepare quotations for Managed Print, Business Phone Systems, IT Equipment and Workplace Technology.
• Complete pricing calculations and costing models.
• Create proposal documents, DocSend presentations and business cases.
• Assist with tender submissions.
• Ensure all proposal documentation is accurate and professionally presented.
• Update proposal templates and sales resources.
• Support the sales team throughout the sales cycle.
Essential Requirements
• Proven track record in outbound appointment setting and business development.
• Demonstrated success achieving appointment and sales KPIs.
• Excellent spoken and written English with clear, professional pronunciation and communication skills.
• Confident speaking with senior decision makers.
• Able to work independently with minimal supervision. We are seeking an experienced salesperson who only needs to learn our industry—not how to sell.
• Must have a minimum of 5 years selling and appointment setting.
