About MyRoyalBaby

MyRoyalBaby is a fast-growing premium baby care brand based in the Netherlands. Our products are available through major retailers such as Kruidvat, and we're preparing for further international expansion.

As part of our global growth, we are currently rebranding from *MyRoyalBaby* to *MyRoyalKids*. Alongside this transition, we're investing heavily in our Shopify ecosystem and custom digital experiences.

We're looking for an experienced *Shopify Full Stack Developer* to become a long-term technical partner and help us build the future of our e-commerce platform.

About the role

This is a long-term part-time position.

You'll work directly with our Marketing & Growth Lead to transform ideas into scalable Shopify solutions. The concepts, strategy, UI direction and priorities will be provided, you'll be responsible for bringing them to life through clean, efficient and maintainable code.

We're *not* looking for someone who only installs apps or edits templates.

We're looking for someone who enjoys building custom functionality that creates a better customer experience.

- Develop custom Shopify sections.
- Build completely custom Shopify functionality.
- Improve website speed and Core Web Vitals.
- Optimize the Shopify theme architecture.
- Create high-converting landing pages.
- Develop custom product experiences.
- Build Shopify Metaobject systems.
- Integrate third-party APIs.
- Build custom Shopify apps when required.
- Improve conversion throughout the customer journey.
- Optimize the mobile shopping experience.
- Develop advanced filtering and navigation.
- Create subscription-related functionality.
- Improve technical SEO.
- Continuously improve the overall user experience.

Example future project

One of our upcoming projects is the *MyRoyalBaby World Map*.

Customers will be able to upload photos of MyRoyalBaby products taken at iconic locations around the world. After manual approval, these photos will appear on an interactive world map where visitors can explore our growing international community.

The project includes:
