Role Summary
Own the CRM end to end across a multi-brand event and media portfolio. This is the single person accountable for keeping the database clean, campaigns running, pipelines moving, and leadership able to see the numbers that matter. The role spans the full lifecycle: from lead capture through websites, nurture and routing to sales team.
Key Responsibilities
CRM Administration & Data Hygiene
Own the day-to-day health of the CRM: deduplication, standardisation of fields, merge rules, and enforcement of naming conventions.
Maintain data governance: required fields, validation rules, property management, and lifecycle stage definitions.
Run regular database audits and clean-up cycles; keep contact, company, and deal records accurate and enriched.
Manage list segmentation and suppression logic across multiple brands and events.
Handle imports, exports, and bulk updates without breaking attribution or automation.
Email

Configure and maintain sales pipelines and deal stages for event sponsorship, delegate and media sales.
Set up and run deal assignment and lead routing rules (round-robin, region, brand, or rep-based).
Build automation for lead handoff, follow-up reminders, and stage-progression triggers.
Keep the sales team's view clean so reps act on the right deals at the right time.
Reporting & Dashboards
Build and maintain dashboards for marketing, sales, and leadership: funnel, source attribution, campaign ROI, pipeline velocity, and event registration tracking.

Define and track the metrics that connect marketing spend to registrations and revenue.
Automation & Workflows
Design and maintain workflows for lead scoring, internal notifications, data enrichment, and lifecycle progression.
